Vlad Pascu, who was sentenced to ten years in prison for a tragic accident on May 2nd that resulted in the deaths of two young individuals and injured three others, has challenged the ruling of the Mangalia Court. His appeal will be heard by the Court of Appeal in Constanța.

Pascu was found guilty of manslaughter and bodily harm, driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, and fleeing the scene of an accident. Alongside the prison term, the court has banned him from running for public office or holding any public position, and revoked his driving rights for five years following his sentence.
